Selina Gold Dust is a renowned hotel/motel located in the MiMo District, in Miami, Florida. As the purchaser for the property, I delivered the 57 room plus several common areas, and two F&B locations included. A mixture of Classic Motel Americana meets Chic-1970s nostalgia - Selina Gold Dust is a modernized cabana swim club by day, and throwback themed hangout by night.
